Approach

A workflow scoped, tested and supported.

Before configuration, we define the steps, access and approval criteria. Your team tests the result before launch.

PROJECT STAGES

From the task
to launch.

A clear need, a concrete example and a proposal you can review. Each step is documented.

  1. 01

    You describe the work.

A task, an anonymised example or a link to your job posting: we start with the operational need.

  2. 02

    We define the scope.

A written quote sets out the scope, required access, limits, pricing and success criteria.

  3. 03

    We configure. You approve.

We test the workflow on agreed examples. You review the result before it goes live.

  4. 04

    Support continues.

Monitoring, incident handling and adjustments follow the terms of your support agreement.

TRUST IS IN THE DETAILS

Clear boundaries for AI.
Control for your team.

Only the access that is needed.

Data use, providers, retention and the shutdown procedure are agreed before the workflow goes live.

You keep the decisions.

Sensitive actions need human approval. Cases outside the rules are escalated to your team.

A process you can understand.

You know the inputs, permitted actions and limits. Documentation helps you understand and take over the process.

BEFORE WE START

The useful questions.

Can an agent replace a new hire?

We review the tasks in a job posting to identify what can be automated. A role also involves judgement, relationships and responsibility: our quote covers a defined set of tasks.

Can we keep our existing tools?

We check integration options and access rights before proposing a solution. No change of tool or additional subscription is committed without written agreement.

How is launch approved?

The workflow is tested on examples agreed with your team. You check the results, exceptions and approval steps before authorising launch.

What is included in monthly support?

Your agreement specifies monitoring, incident handling, included adjustments, support hours and response times. New processes and major changes have a separate scope.

How is business data handled?

We favour anonymised examples during scoping. Before accessing real data, the quote documents the data needed, providers, access rights and retention rules.

Can you guarantee time savings?

The result depends on the process, data and exceptions. We set measurable criteria and check them on agreed cases. The calculator illustrates an assumption, not a guarantee.
